		<description>I&#039;m with you!  I LOVE the visual image: &quot;doubling-down&quot; ... it&#039;s risky at best ... sometimes the payoff is excellent, but more often, you lose twice your bet.  In Vegas, I would often see people who would double-down when they were losing to break an unlucky streak and I always thought that seemed desperate.  I usually only get into double-down mode when I&#039;m on a winning streak ... taking advantage of being in a state of flow.</description>

I tuned one off, found my cabbie had great musical tastes. we talked from midtown to gowanus.
